From the concentrator climb down the elevator shaft rope to the deepest floor.(area with many cabins, including the one locked with special key)

Then you need to go to the path to the left from you(if you just exited the elevator shaft). Go straight forward and you arrive to a well-lit area with a goop lake in the centre. There's a big iron door with a lock which should be opened by bolt cutters in this area. Then there's a corpse ahead of you which you need to loot.
