Wolfskin Hat

Hello,
Is this recipe available in interloper ? Does it require to complete more of the fetch quests for the trader or other requirements ?
I got the wolfskin pants recipe pretty much from the start but I can't see the hat recipe in the list even after reloading 20 times. I keep getting the 3 soups recipes though.

Yes, there is a wolfskin hat recipe on Interloper. Kinda redundant now that you can craft Cougar's hide wrap which gives a whopping +4 to temperature(they buffed it from +3)

Thank you, is there a requirement to unlock it ? advance the trader quest further ? or just luck ?
I already have the cougar one but it degrade rather fast and I'm not really ready to hunt another (or I could harvest mine and recraft another I guess...) The wolf hat would be a back up I could use in friendly areas while storing the cougar.

I got wolfskin pants recipe the first itme I contacted the Trader ever, I can't believe that Wolf hat would have a Trust requirement... Maybe you are just unlucky.

About cougar hide wrap, yes it can be harvested and then you just craft a new one, no real need to hunt more cougars.

So for anyone wondering, the trust requirement has been added to the wiki, you need a trust level of 3, which means finding the 2 first bunkers, and I actually had the recipe available after I did that.
