Where are the Ptarmigans in Coastal Highway and Desolation Point?

I don't recall encountering some in my run in these regions

There are no ptarmigans in the coastal regions, including CH, DP and CrH. Not sure about BI but I don't think so.

That's useful to know as when you've crafted an improved sleeping bag you need more down to repair it (not just cloth), make sense, but was a bit of a shock when I first realised this in a bad situation in blackrock.

They prefer high altitudes and remote places so it makes sense that they don't spawn in coastal regions. Bleak Inlet seems like a place that might have them near Summit at Ravine's End but I don't recall seeing any when I was there.

They do spawn in Blackrock though; I found a flock near the prison at one of the power line thingys
