The others I found because I had written clues to give me at least some foggy clue what type of thing I'm looking for. This all I have is a vague icon on a map, with no note to tell me what it looks like.
As for the FM comparison, that means nothing to me as I haven't been to FM in my post DLC run, so haven't had a chance to see it.
EDIT: After having to give Bozo The Wolf, who decided to get in my way, a little Dirty Harry treatment, I tried again circling that rocky outcropping next to the ruined buildings, and again I find nothing I can interact with, just ordinary bedrock. There's nothing here there, nothing far from there, nothing anywhere other then a normal metal container in one of the ruined buildings.
What you should look for is:

Aren't these supposed to be triggered by a note though? What note's supposed to trigger this cache and where's it supposed to be found?
I don't have any note referencing this cache, just the marker randomly appeared on my map at some point - maybe when I picked up the note for the Memento Hint of the path back to Mystery Lake?
In Interloper for some of the Memento caches the note and key is not available, e.g. the box inside Lower Dam in ML, probable because contain "high tier" loot.
This one in Three Strikes contains "high tier" loot - for Interloper.
At least the locked boxes show the overlay before you find the note and key.
I did do the Signal Hill Vista location and I didn't see anything new at Three Strikes.
I can try revisiting the Long Curve car, which i did explore on my way to 3 Strikes, though it was brutally cold at the time so I was kind of rushing to get to the next cave.
Thanks everyone for helping me figure this out.
