Can't find prybar in story mode ep1

I checked the toolbox in the shed (yes, all drawers), looted the gas station, I feel like I looted every building and in milton. I'm at a loss.

I think it's in the bank vault. Which is unlocked after a short quest.

Other places people found it (including me, but this was years ago)- bed of the truck parked by the outhouses behind the Orca gas station (can't remember if it might have been inside the front of the truck), or on the floor, under the couch at Paradise Meadows Farmhouse near Hobb's feet.

It's been a while since I played but if I remember correctly, I only ever found one crowbar and that was in the Paradise Meadows Farmhouse which you can only get into after progressing the story a bit.
