Ep4 Help Finding the Hardcase/Escaping Prison?

In the beginning of chapter 4, I get to the two room on the second floor but I can't find the hardcase before suffocating. I see nothing in the open, I have searched everything drawer and locker I see (though not in one go), and it doesn't look like I can go forward.

I'm totally stuck. How can I progress?

You had an 85-second timer here right? And you're like running up a staircase & ♥♥♥♥? I remember making it to the door with 2 seconds to spare; the screen was almost completely covered with the visual halucinations.
