Episode 4, Forest talker cache in mine

HI guys. I believe Im experiencing some kind of a bug. I cant find third letter anywhere even I supposed to (because I have found dead body in the gas tunnel and other one close to detonators). But I cant still interact with the padlock. Any solution for this? Has any one else experienced the same problem?

Did you find the note on the upper level that talked about they figuring out the last combination number was 18? Sounds like you found the other two notes on the bodies deeper in the mine. I think you need all three notes for the game to decide "you can now manipulate the combination".

Kind of like you have to get the note (i.e. taken it) at the Radio Station in Bleak Inlet to "know" the correct code to punch into the security door and get into the workshop.

Yes that was the first I found. But maybe there was no note with the body in gas tunel. I dont know. Im really confused and annoyed :(

My bad. I just found out, I totally missed another corpse under the detonators. Problem solved.
