I decided not to mess with the moose, because it takes like 10 days to cure the moose hide and then additional time to craft it anyway... but Ep 4 is pretty short and takes place probably only across a couple days.
can i found a second Moose-Hide Satchel?
give it another way to increase the weight, i only have +5kg?!
No you cannot get another Moose-Hide satchel, it doesn't stack. Although, don't be too afraid to go over your weight limit. It doesn't do much other than slow you down, and although the sprain risk sounds dangerous, it really doesn't increase the chances that much. And even if it does, there are pain killers and bandages a plenty.
In terms of the prepper cache location, you can find it's exact location if you do one of the side quests. I believe you start it by going to the Old Substation that's south-west of the map near the bridge that goes over the water.
If you aren't bothered (although it really is easier to get the exact location from the quest), it's somewhere north of the Old Barn, hidden between some rocks and walled off on once side by a hill. It should be somewhere close to a bear cave as well.
It will be marked on your map after you follow the appropriate quest. I believe this is the missing person quest near the cabin on the east/southeast edge of the map. After you explore that spot, I believe it gives you the prepper cache map marker.

However, I think you're missing the map marker for the corpse by that cabin. I think this was the "Late Employee" side quest.
can i find the corpse when i have not start the quest?
Carry more useless itens?
You don't need even 30% of the loot you find in Story Mode.
Completionist sake, just completing a side-quest feels good. Looting is a fun aspect of TLD, and finding new locations is always cool.
Even if you don't need half to stuff you find in Story Mode, it's always great to have a moose satchel.
But that's just how I see things. I'm a loot goblin / hoarder by nature
Thanks for the correction
