where is the blackrock dam control room key, pls help

If I remember correctly, there wasn't a key. You had to defrost every single pipe.

There is one valve near to the door which is obvious and several (I think three) more valves that need to be manipulated somewhat further away and not so obvious. The valve near the door, when things were set right, does the bulk of the "work" but the other valves need to be set right to get the door to open.

i have also run into the same issue i have even run through using someone playthough and still the same result

Well, it will open once you got all the valve correctly. I was also facing the same issue as the door still locked, but when I went through all the valves, he will comment on the door opened when you managed to get all the valve correctly.

i get it after hours of trying, for the one that have same problem. the main reason is 3 lever inside the big room, when you close or open that lever you need to see if the pipes is vibrating and the blue pipe turn red, when the pipes all vibrating and become red than the door is unlocked.

stage 1 defrost( lever beside the control room door) : all big ice in front of the door will be defrost.

stage 2 defrost (3 lever inside the big room) : it will unlocked the control room door.
