Ep4 Blackrock Locker Keys

I can't seem to find the key for Locker #3, I saw in another discussion that mentioned that there is a bloodstained page in locker #3 so I'm a bit stumped if I can't find it.

Also just to let anyone know who is also stuck looking for the other two keys the key for Locker #2 is on a body on the path to getting into the infirmary (Look for crows) and the Key for Locker #8 is in a green container in the steam tunnels just before you go up the stairs to leave.

Locker Key #3 is in the glovebox of a car. The car is in the shed near "Jailer's Residence".

I am still not finding Locker #2 key. I don't see any crows what so ever, same with a body.

When entering into the area with the pair of wolves inside Blackrock where you would normally go to reach the staff room which has said lockers in it stick to the rock wall on your right with the prison fence to your left and you should eventually find the body near some trees he sticks out quite a bit once you see him.
