98% Completion Episode 4

I've gotten past the search lights and into the steam tunnels, I go down the stairs, and down the path but there's a locked door at the end. Is there a key nearby? Is there something I missed previously? Am I stuck? What am I missing to complete the episode?

same with me - stuck at the steam pipes - I think there is a bug not allowing progress here...as you have to turn on the pipes to get steam to unfreeze the levers and doors...

Wait so we were meant to unfreeze these doors when we were there previously?

Same issue, got all the pipes working but the door with the chains and padlock is stopping me. As far as I know I can't find a key? I've got the heavy hammer, simple tools and the hacksaw, yet there's no way to interact with the lock?

Ok I figured it out.

The solution is: go back to where you were earlier, after you completed the second puzzle with the pipes leading to a frozen door (which lead to the main boiler) the door will unfreeze (a door named "Control Room"). This allows you in from the other side.

We're not in the same part of the game unfortunately. You're talking about the half way point of the episode, I'm at the tail end of the episode. I do appreciate you trying though :)

After escape the searchlights and go down the stairs, at end of stairs turn right and will find a red metallic box in a dead end with an key.
Not sure if is the correct, because I am stucked just ahead, wheres are live electric cables in the ground (and a timer running), don't find a way to pass this cables, always end burned.

Any help would be appreciated.

There's a timer? I've never got that down there, strange.

There is a key down there but it's for the lockers for a sidequest sadly I see no red container.

By "timer" I meant the countdown of ~68 seconds you have for escape before die suffocated, like the parts with gas in the mine.
BTW - I am playing in "hardened survivor" difficulty.

Meanwhile I try again and leave the dammed place (steam boiler ruins) and end the game.
What I can say is that at this point ( after stairs) you don't need keys (or any other item) anymore.

BTW- Once during an attempt the game bugged, the countdown freeze and I can walk around wires without take damage, but latter find that I end in prison door, before the explosions, can't more sleep or pass time. Load an previous save and are able to finish.

Yeah idk. the door is locked I can't go forward at all so I just locked myself in with no way out. Great end to an episode :/. I could look past some of the smaller audio glitches I ran into but the lat 15 minutes of the episode glitched so bad on me.

Nope. I submitted a bug report to the devs, they asked for my save file I sent it to them today I'll keep you posted.

Hi guys. I completed episode and here what i can say: you need to run through the tunnels without saving. I saved my game on a half way and the timer didn't turn off after i reach the doors with the first lever. I was using an autosave where i closed the door with a chair at the srart. The door to the electric station wasn't closed, you don't need any keys. May be it helps.
