What is Methuselah talking about?

In episode 2, when i go to the Dam, ready to go, he tells me there are still stories to be told, and I already gave the backpack to the guy, i figured that was like the "Good Deed" or the "Choice" just like with the prisoner in Episode 1, I want to hear what he says if you do everything but I don't know what "Everything" is. Does anybody know what he says instead of what he says for me?

I'm not at all certain 'cause it's been a while, but I thought that was more of an indication that not all of the sidequests had been complete.

I just loaded up an old autosave that's 100% complete, went outside to talk to him, and he wouldn't say anything at all.

I know it means i didnt complete the sidequests. It was the forest talker's cache
