Can someone tell me what happens if i pull the knife?

I don't get why you haven't got the knife in your inventory after pulling it.

Really does not matter, since the body is still there lol. Pull it, he turns into a veggie zombie state. Push it, he looks like a zombie sleeping. Either way, the body still lingers in the house everytime you enter. Its there. Push or pull, body is still there in the house. And no knife lol, yeah story mode hehe. Its a magical knife.
