Part 3 cant. find gun locker

at the start I am told to get the gun and amo from the gun locker. searched ever room up and down three times or more and can't find it.

Basement. After you finish the cutscene at the table with the body, go up the stairs to the left of the table (not the ones behind you). It will be right in front of you. It does not look like a school locker. It is shorter, with wire mesh doors.

I have seen no body at a table in that house. This is the house at the very start where I wake up.

Then you have not gotten the key to the locked basement, from under the vase in the dining room yet. Because Molly does tell you to get that key, and go into the basement to get the revolver. The quest gets stuck, some people have not been able to interact with the vase. Save the game and reload it, and the vase with the key under it should become able to be interacted with. Basement. Molly tells you to go into the basement, not upstairs.

I wake up from frozen. lady and I talk for a while . She get mad and leaves. She calls me on the phone and tell she is in barn and to get gun an amo because of wolves . I tried searching every room again and cannot find any gun locker. I have clicked on every thing that has a door or drawer and sill cannot find gun. By now there will not even be bones left by the wolves

Read what I wrote. It_is_not_upstairs. No matter where you look upstairs for the gun, you will not find it. You need to go where she told you to go, to get the key to the basement, and go downstairs into the basement.
