Ep3 mine elevator fuses?

Can someone enlighten me on which fuse boxes to put the fuses in? I have been wandering around placing fuses in what I believe would run the elevator, but nothing has worked and i am out of light sources...

First, left-up.

I can't find the fuses at all! Only found the blown out ones.

Face the elevator. Take an upward path left of that, and keep going past that nearby fuse box. You'll go through a room of deadly electrified water where you pass a blocked metal door and make a U-turn to leave by another exit. Then you'll come to a room with several branching trails and some tilted metal wreckage. That is a hub room leading to all three fuses. One path just to the right of the wreckage is a dead-end with a corpse and a pair of bolt cutters. Those cutters can be used on the door in the water room (and then dropped since you won't need them again) to get one of the fuses. Note that when you install fuses the nearby wires and water become deadly!
