Where is the climbing area?

I been the previous post saying it was near the picnic area, but I walked up and down that area all the way to the tunnel and i can't find it, I searched online and through the forums but no luck. Can someoone help me out?

So you're still in Milton? If you're looking towards the prison bus and the picnic area is up to your right, continue up to the benches and tables area. There should be a large rock saddled by two smaller rocks. Here, you'll be able to place your rope to climb down. As it's just a rock, it can be easy to miss if you're a new player and don't know what the "climbing rock" formation looks like.

The road to the climbing area is more or less directly behind the gas station
