Carter Aid Station Key?

I can't seem to find the aid station key anywhere inside the dam. I've checked all the corpses (got the admin key) and everywhere inside the dam idk where it could be... any help?

I found it in the admin office next to the medical locker. Try checking in the desk shelves.

i still can't find the key and i looked EVERYWHERE multiple times. This is frustrating...

FOUND IT!
It's in the admin office in the upper right desk shelf. It's blending in with the lower shelf so much that I missed it.

lol the key is in a desk drawer a few metres from the thing it unlocks, its easy to find if youre searching thouroughly or thinking about it. where would the key to the first aid locker be? in the top drawer of the nearest desk of course.
how about trying to find the key to a door thats hidden on a frozen corpse at the top of a hill on an entirely different map.
