Weird mountaineering rope location ?

I am in front of blackrock mine and there is one bucket hanging by chain from some construction. The thing is that I can push this hanging bucket with my own body. I have never seen this kind of interaction in the long dark.

Second thing is that I can take mountaineering rope out of this bucket, not just pick it up but undo it like it was sitting there ready for me to climb. when I do this I get rope and nothing changes the bucket still behaves the same and I am clueless from where I removed this rope that I have in inventory.

I encountered this glitch, too. I don't know why it does this, but it pulls one of the Mountaineering Ropes from the cliff nearby. You can tie it back to that rock on your way down.

That's been a thing for some time now. Never bothered to test the theory of where it came from till now. Just took the time to test it and it's true. You can go back and replace it in the bucket for the same effect. Weird man.
