How to refuel storm lantern

Hi,

just started this game and I found a storm lantern which uses kerosin and I found a jerry can with 2.7 l kerosin inside. However after the fuel in the lantern was used up, I cannot find out how to refuel the lantern. I tried everything which came to my mind. Is it not possible yet to refill the lantern or did I overlook something?

open your inventory. scroll down to the lantern. click it. an option to refil will come up next o the drop button

Ok I am feeling stupid now and maybe I am. It's probably the cold which caused my brain to freeze. Thanks.

The item - when clicked on in the inventory - will/should have three options under the picture on the right side of the screen: place, actions, drop - actions should offer you refuel, repair, harvest on a new screen.

You must have fuel/kerosene in your inventory. If you have a container of fuel on the counter or floor, you need to place the container in your inventory first then you will have the option to fill the lantern.

If you have several lanterns with kerosene in them you can harvest the lanterns and fill the container with the amount of fuel in the lanterns. Unless it's been changed, if you harvest a lantern with fuel in it and you don't have a container in your inventory you loose the fuel in the lantern. I believe it needs to be the fuel can and not the bottle of lantern fuel. You can also add fuel to the container when you cook fish.

yes it has already been answered just to reinforce: cooking fish gives you fluid for lanterns also exist to be found ready. right click on the flashlight and charge

The flashlight only works during auroras
