Considering streaming this later tonight on Twitch and was wondering if windowed mode is supported? If yes, can it do 4:3 or just 16:9/10 resolutions?

Yes can be windowed but I only think it is 16x9

The best option for streamers my be to run "borderless" which is running in a borderless window at desktop resolution.

To do this, you need to run the game like:

tld.exe -popupwindow

or launch the batch file where the tld.exe is located:

tld_borderless.bat

For what it's worth, I have a one monitor set up so I need to have room for my chat window, OBS, and a few other things. Also, with my stream set up, I prefer a 4:3 resolution so I can have chat and cam up, so basically I'm wondering if I can do windowed 1024x768?

Yes, you can run windowed at many different resolutions. They will be there in the Resolution dropdown in Options > Display.
