Floor 2 of the langston mine

I've been wondering something about the 2nd floor of the Langston Mine. What lies beyond the wooden grate with the DANGER KEEP OUT sign on it?

I can see that the area beyond this huge grate SEEMS to be explorable, but alas, I am not able to explore it. Does anyone know what is down that path, or is it just an area we'll never be able to explore?

That door is just the exit from finishing the second tale - Buried Echoes. That place is explorable already, so unless you want spoilers, go and finish the first tale first.

I have already completed both tales. I was talking more along the lines of THIS grate in Floor 02 that is only accessible via the elevator.

I'm going to take a shot and say it may or may not be a future passage to the next region to be released. Cause we have a connection from ZoC to FA so logically there will be one from ZoC to "Mountain Pass."
