What a deal...

You're currently offering the game for $10. I played the game quite a bit back when it was on game pass for xbox. Were the same price offered for xbox I think the developers would make more money (at least from me). This laptop just won't do it for me...

Currently $34.99 on Xbox versus regular price on Steam being $19.99 and sale for $9.99...

You are comparing The Long Dark: Survival Mode (regular price $19.99 USD) to the full game The Long Dark (regular price $34.99 USD) which also includes Wintermute Story Mode. The Long Dark: Survival Mode does not include Wintermute Story Mode, which is why it is at a lower price than the full game.

I am not sure if The Long Dark: Survival Mode is available for XBox One or not, but I do know the full game has gone on sale for XBox One in the past for 50% off.

Put the game on your XBox wish list to keep an eye out for the next sale. The game tends to go on sale on different platforms at different times.

You may be better served asking about this on the Hinterland Games Online Forums[hinterlandforums.com] as the developers are much more active there than they are here and they may not see this thread., as well as players from all platforms the game is available on being active on those forums while the majority of players here are playing only or mainly on Steam.
