You can create a game in custom mode and disable Cabin fever but custom mode won't let you progress toward other feats.

Have you actually gotten Cabin Fever in your playthroughs? I was worried about it too but even being inside A LOT I've never even seen the risk appear in 100+ day runs. It's so easy to avoid even if you only rarely travel to new regions.

That's quite long, because it requires to do all 3 Tales of the DLC.
The first one have you go reactivate towers in 3 regions and find bunkers in 2 other regions.
Also the 3 Tales region are considered hard with harsh weather condition so you may not want to go there before you get better clothing and a weapon.
It's probably several dozens of hours at least.

Cabin fever is not that bad you know...
Just go on a fishing day from time to time or sleep in a cave and you're good to go.

There are several options to mitigate cabin fever, complaining that theyre inconveneient to you suggests a lack of application on your end.

Cabin fever isn't hard to manage, but a lot of people don't find it fun to manage. Git gud isn't a solution to that problem.

As for the actual question here: Sadly most of the feats are a real grind to unlock. Settled Mind isn't even a bad one. Comparatively. There are always mods, but otherwise you're kinda stuck.

There is a console command that will give you the feat. It can also take it away. Take them all away. Earn them all over again on Misery perhaps, or die trying being the more likely outcome.

The only difficulty, is you will have to activate the Dev console with a mod.

hi, to avoid cabin fever risk you need to spend an average of 6h outside every day. Cars and snow shelters are a very good way to spend more time outside. Snow shelter needs only 1 stick per day to repair. On my current save (interloper day 667) i spent from day 38 to day 50 crafting all gears, starving technic to save food and water and sleeping at least 6h (warmest part of the night) in the shelter.
CF is not generally a problem for me. I don't tend to stay long inside buildings on Loper. I'm a bit of a nomad in that mode, preferring instead to sleep in caves or fishing shacks.
