Yeah, I mean my best run so far has been 245 days (still going) and I'm sitting on maybe 8 spare sewing kits if not more. Plus a metric ton of fishing tackle. So no, I'd venture to say that unless you're going for 1,000 days, sewing kits are not going to be a major issue.
