Mountaineer's Hut > Wing (watch out for bear/moose/wolves) > across fallen tree bridge > walk to first rope climb > walk around to second rope climb > Secluded Shelf indoor cave is a good overnight sleeping location > walk around to third rope climb > summit
The "Secluded Shelf indoor cave" is marked by the dotted line on my map. If I remember correctly, you have to crouch through a little crawlspace inside the cave at one point. Note that the third summit rope climb is very long. Recommend using a coffee and/or being at 100% stamina before climbing.
Note that the quickest way to get down from the Summit is actually just to billy-goat straight down the face of the mountain, in the direction of the Mountaineer's Hut / Crystal Lake. You can bandage or rest any sprains at the hut. You should be loaded up on first aid supplies anyway. :o)
Bring coffee and if you get hit by a blizzard or you need to rest consider deer clearing cave for a short one and even better indoor cave after you get up to secluded shelf. You will need energy for the big climb.
Good luck!
Remember, 7 days is the time limit for the whole challenge, not just getting to the summit! I made this mistake on my first attempt, and got to the summit on Day 7. I might have been able to complete it still, but I jumped off the peak when I realized I had less than a day left to travel 3 regions
Either route (and I think there are even more variations) will work. I suggest looking at the map Wilky linked.

Whatever route you take, it is a good idea to have a couple of days of food, coffee, stims and a sleeping bag. Good luck.
