Ones with doors are safe (other than a possible bug, though I haven't seen anyone report a bear or wolf clipping through the walls recently). I haven't had an encounter in one, but I have seen a few people say they got chased into one by a wolf, and I did have a wolf chase me up the stairs into a hunter's blind once, though it was some time ago. The critters are not so tightly leashed since a few updates ago when the wolf AI was changed, so I would not consider anything not behind a closed door 100% safe in the game. You'll notice that bears and wolves no longer do tight patrol loops anymore, wandering a bit more freely, less predictably.

if u are too close to the entrance of fishing huts then YES they can attack u
