How to rest?
The tutorial tells me to rest due to low condition. There is no Rest button anywhere, just "pass time" which gets me killed. I am in like 10 mins into the game, a place where I climed up and found the crashed plane

you can only rest in beds shelters or cars not just anywhere. The tutorial should tell you to rest in the cave after it tells you to build a fire that will last long enough

If you're seeing crashed planes, you're starting in Timberwolf Mountain, one of the more challenging and unforgiving places to try and survive in the game. I suggest you instead try a sandbox game in Mystery Lake or Coastal Highway. The abundance of resources, warmer weather and easier terrain makes for a smoother learning curve.
EDIT: Didn't understand you were talking about story mode. Still, a sandbox game is a good way to gain experience beyond the simple tutorial you were giving you.

Well I did rest there, then the tutorial told be to climb up and move on. I did that, found the airplane. Then my condition got very low because of just moving around and gathering stuff. Condition is low, tutoriual tells me to rest. I cannot get back to the shelter because it's too far now besides I climbed all the way up so I suppose it makes no sense to get back there.

I mean I started the story mode, episode one. I thought this is how you typically start those games, tutorial and stuff. Am I doing something wrong or what?

Keep going - you should have found a clue (a bit of torn fabric on a branch near the plane) - continue in that new direction (it should be slightly down hill and lead to a frozen lake). You'll soon come across another cave and be able to rest there.

You are in a freezing cold wilderness. You need to keep moving.

I get that I was mistaken, and I'll add an edit to the comment. But I'd rather not delete it and pretend like it didn't happen.

It's ridiculous how difficult this tutorial is. I still don't know how to rest!

In my first game I did not light the fire before going to sleep and could not even get to the place with the rabbits. It's very easy to skip that in tutorial, where it tells you first to try to climb out, then to find place to rest and you go into cave and click rest. Only in the second attempt I noticed there was "light a fire" note, which was kind of "optional". Skipping it led me to a point where I had to restart it because my energy was at zero.

On my second attempt I got to the rabbits. It's almost as if game was trolling the player trying to "teach him" how to hunt a rabbit with a little stone while he's hungry thirsty and freezing. Kind of reminds me of hunting quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, but there you at least had a bow...

Anyway, I ignored those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rabbits, if they're the only source of food in this tutorial I seriously think this game is broken, given how fast the character is getting hungry and how idiotic it is to run around after those rabbits with little stones. Anyway, I went past the wolf, and - fantastic, found another cave next to the radio tower.

It was getting dark so I lit the fire and ate a candy (not hunting for those rabbits unless I really have to). Problem: the cave has no rest option.

Where the hell are places to sleep and rest in this game? Keep in mind, I'm in the tutorial, first 30 minutes in episode one and still don't know how to rest.

OMG, I never found that bedroll. The game won't let me exit the area until I find that backpack and suitcase but will let me exit without the basic survival tool! What a shame.

Just for beginig:
1. Hunting rabbits - hold LMB and throw a stone when you see that rabbit is near your left thumb.
2. You can gather cat's tail from the rabbit pond - you can eat stem and head is a firestarter.
3. Gather sticks to make fire - later.
4. Gather rosehips to make rose tea - later.
5. Don't sleep in bedroll on open spaces - cold, blizzard and wolves will kill you.
6. Look into the journal, wathc your inventory and weight and temperature.
7. You can save about 25 times in the story mode, but survival sandbox is a permadeath (autosave is when you go into house or sleep).
8. Don't be hasty, crouch and sneak when you'll see wolf.
