Well-fed changed?

Has the well-fed bonus been removed or updated? I have not been starved at all (Older Pilgrim save as a test run) but I no longer have the well-fed + 5 kg.

It seems to be working just fine in my older saves and my new saves in Stalker (older saves) and Pilgrim (new saves) used to run to the new area.
You only have to be at 0 for a few seconds, you don't have to have an extended day of starvation. But I am honestly not sure how you could check that on the main stats page or in the Journal, since I think (?) both only show calories burned, instead of showing a daily range of calories stored.

I don't know about new saves but it's still working normally on my existing voyager save.

I suspect that it might have been the poisoned affliction, I know that there is no way my hunger meter emptied - in Pilgrim I eat as soon as the hunger meter gets to around a third empty, to get rid of some inventory weight.
