(SPOILERS ALLOWED) How do you get to Radio Tower in Bleak Inlet?

If anyone already visited Radio Tower on Bleak Inlet region - please tell how you get to it?
I visited almost every spot on a region, but couldn't find code for the workshop.
I found secret mountain pass, and made it through cave passage to Forlorn Muskeg.

But was unable to find my way to Radio Tower.
How do you get there?

It's accessed from the bottom of the Ravine. There is a path past the cave there now

Now go though the cave for FM, cross fo ML, go to Ravine, climb down and after open cave tehre cross for BI upper region an you are able to reach Signal Tower and Lookout. Easy, but not short path.

One more question: do I need any ropes? How many?
I expect to pass Signal Tower and go to workstations (milling machine etc.)

yes, only one is needed.

I found a rope already hanging on the outside of pensive lookout, so I didn't need to bring an extra one. But perhaps this doesn't always spawn.

Others have found that rope too, a fair number of comments on it on the online forums. Seems to be a random spawn though.
