Report a translation problem
The temperature on the forge needs to be 150 °C (or 270 °F) before you can craft anything and you need coal to get it this hot.

Forge at 150°C (requires a few pieces of coal to get that high)
click the forge, not the stove.
If it's not heated enough you should get a warning telling you about the 150°C, if you get the cooking, you're not clicking at the right place, aim lower.
harvest birch sapling (with hatchet or hacksaw) and let them cure inside.
Create arrow shaft at a workbench from a cured birch sapling
Collect feathers around carcass and corpses
Make arrows from 1 arrow shaft, 1 arrowhead, 3 feathers at a workbench

Feathers (from crows flying over dead bodies)
Then click on workbench and choose option to craft arrow. You can equip tools to shorten the crafting time . You can not craft in the dark.
