Can i play it with xbox controller?

Hello,

Can i play it with XBOX controller please? I'm not at home right now, so i can't really test.

I haven't played with my XBox One controller for a while, but it always worked fine before. I'll have to plug it in and check it. 360 controller used to work fine for others. The Options menu in the game has a toggle for gamepad use and a good page for showing what does what. Not sure if things can be rebound, I never tried on my controller when I was using it.

There is a thread that lists controllers that work with the game, though it is a bit out of date, and not pinned, so it got buried in the Technical Issues subforum...

But yeah, 360 or XBone, wired or wireless, your controller should work fine. Big Picture and Steam overlay may be needed. (Sorry, been a while since I played with a controller on PC...)

I play with an XboxOne controller on PC and it's working perfectly. I am sure that a Xbox360 will work just as well.

"Full controller support" only means a game can be played entirely with a controller, no kb/m needed or kb/m additinally is optional. It does not mean that a game can be played on every single gamepad or controller ever made, anywhere.

Not only can the game be played on an Xbox One controller, but I highly recommend it.

I know it's unlikely, but the OP might be talking about an Xbox controller. Not Xbox 360 or Xbox one controller, an original Xbox controller that we all use to play Halo 1 and 2 on. xD
