The "Safe" in the Whale Oil Processing building

Where is the combination? I looked everywhere and couldn't find it.

EDIT: The building was in an area called "Herberia Processing"

They don't give you the combination to safes, you have to figure it out. Move one click at a time to the right until the first tumbler unlocks, then go left until the second tumbler unlocks, then go back right. When the third tumbler unlocks, the safe can be opened.

EDIT: it's actually "Hibernia Processing", for what it's worth.

It's random every time. You need to listen for the tumblers to click. Dial right until you hear a click, then left, then right again.

How do you dial? I tired left and right clicking my mouse, pressed every button on my keyboard, but nothing worked

OP, don't feel bad. Had played for ages and had given up on finding the combinations when I stumbled on the "system" right here in the forum. Oh, and you don't need to bait your snare either. (another of my mistakes)
