Bring your appetite and enjoy! :)
PS: Pass the bar-b-q sauce please. *Nom, nom, nom.* ;)
I can pack away a kg of food no problem. I am extremely full and sluggish afterward, but it's not that abnormal.
Competitve Eaters do it all the time. I suggest you look at Miki Sudo (Natha's' Hot Dog Eating Contest champion 2016...) who ate 38.5 hot dogs in 10 minutes this year. And she's a tiny little thing. Miki Sudo[uploads.edubilla.com]

We talk about balance here - why she drinks 0.5 of water and then eats whole 1kg of meat? You know what I mean? 1 KG of meat its in survival situation at least 2 days of eating. She ate 1kg and then the ♥♥♥♥♥ was hungry again. Its abnormal.
If you want "absolute realism"... go crash a plane in the most remote reaches of the Canadian NWT. And live through the crash. Then survive with nothing but a few scraps of clothing and a stale granola bar.
It's a game, "absolute realism" is not part of most video games. Hell, even "close-to-realism" isn't part of most video games. They'd be darned boring if they were like "real life".
*shrugs*
Nope still nonsense, under special circumstances (i.E. the cold) some people need 6000-8000 kcal/day to keep their weight ... just google "Arctic Survival" i.E. and look it up ... it's not like we didn't have this discussion ~a billion times within these Forums ...
Don't forget, you're running accelerated time. 1 minute in real life can be 12 hours in game.
Caloritic use given the characters daily routine is probably around the 4,000 mark.
1kg of venison is about 1000 calories, in real life. So if you ate only venison you'd need 3kg to maintain your weight.
All the body's energy stores are active all the time. So you're using fat reserves all the time, but in a small amount. You could of course survive on 1kg of meat for a long time, you would be burning fat stores to make up the other 2000 calories. You would drop weight very quickly though.
Lol! Yeah, I do have to admit, not being able to jump (even though I can crouch) is a tad annoying. Being able to walk up a fairly steep snow covered hillside, but not being able to jump over that cedar branch... that makes me chuckle every time I forget I can't jump over anything. But I am darned good at sprianing my ankle on a tiny pile of snow. xD
