Item Spawner?
I haven't seen one around, but does anyone have an item spawner for this game?

Go to CH close to the coast line, there you'll find your item spawner.

Sorry, but what is the sense of an item spawner? It would ruin the game. It's like a dice with sixes on every side.

I'm old, bad at games. And get angry easily. I want a gun, some ammo. A knife, and a hatchet so I can do what I like in this game without any worry.

Serious answer- There are no legal Mods for this game right now. There may be Modding support someday, and you or someone else can create what you want, to take all cheallenge out of the game and make it something it isn't. But for now, what you are asking for is something that is not allowed to be talked about on Steam forums. The Discussion Guidelines and Rules are pretty darn clear about that. I suggest you read them:

You bought an Early Access survival game, that is advertised a being a no handhoiling game. One that is advertised as being full of life threatening dangers, with permadeath in all game modes. If you can;t handle what the game has, that's not the game's fault. That's your fault for buying a game that requires thinking, effort, and will always end in a bad way for you.

So find a friend who send you a game save (pilgrim) with all that items found.
