Can't find prybar!

I'm about to go into Episode 2, however in Milton I have been completely unable to find a prybar... I searched every car I found thoroughly, I searched the car and pick-up by the gas station, searched behind Grey Mothers' House, literally cannot find one anywhere!!!!! Any ideas?

It could be in a bank, a post office or any car!

If you went to Paradise Meadows farmhouse, the prybar should have been on the floor, next to Hobbs' feet, slightly under the bench he is on, if you did not find it before. You generally won't need one at the start of Episode 2, and there are several to be found in ML, FM, and BR. Story Mode is set up to give you everything you absolutely need to complete each episode, it isn't all pure RNG like Survival mode is. There is no need to hoard and carry a ton of stuff through with you into the next episode. You can even start Episode 2 without ever playing Episode 1- each episode is a stand-alone. I've done it, and yes, it did take more exploration and looting in Episode 2, starting with absolutely nothing. But the game gave me everything I needed- even in Hardened Survivor.

Where are some areas to look in Episode 2? Currently in Mystery Lake area I think.

I found one in Carter Dam on one playthrough near the lockers on the first floor, the Forestry Lookout supposedly may have one (but I never found one there). Make sure you loot Camp Office when before you head to the dam- there's generally some good stuff there. And keep in mind, you do not need to rush to get the meds for Jeremiah- it is not a times quest, he'll live if you take your time (he won;t die- he's essential to the actual story). If you need a prybar and don't have one, the game will make sure there is at least one or more to be found if you explore and loot. forreal- Story mode is set up to make sure you can find everything that you need to complete the episode, but it isn't always going to drop stuff from the sky right at your feet.
