Here is a map of the Fulorn Muskeg and the paths I took to reach the signal towers. You can't run up mountains in this game very easily, so you usually need to walk around. This mission has you basically walk around the entire map, so make sure to bring a hatchet and sleeping bag, and make yourself plenty of coffee and warm tomato soup to keep yourself warm!

You can always melt snow, so try to keep your pack light, 2 emergency stims or energy drinks will be useful if you want to just sprint from tower to tower

Like Capn said, all mountains in this game usually require you to walk around them until you find a path or rope going up. And the devs like to hide the path up in the direction they know you wont be coming from. That mission requires a lot of dull hiking and trying not to fall through the frozen lake, with the occasional wolf or special surprise thrown in to keep it interesting.

The link is probably better but I can tell you from memory how I got to 2 of the tower. The one on the far right I came at from the top right and found the path on the side close to the map border. The tower at the bottom there is a path to from the ruined farmstead nearby. The top one I think I came around from the west.
