Cairn location achievement

Has anybody ever found all 165 cairns in the game? I have never wanted to try to do it because it seems tedious and highly unlikely. Since you don't know how many are in each region, you could get to 160 and never know where to try looking for the last 5. I also suspect that they add new ones with updates so you may never know what areas you have to scour again. Is there any sort of achievement unlocked in your profile if this is completed?

Also note that none have been added since FM, so there are none in HRV, BI, AC, etc.

Thank you. It seems like pure masochism to try to collect them all. There are a lot of backers that never provided a "story" for their cairn. Mine would say something like 'Why are you standing here reading this? You're freezing to death, dummy!"
