Destroy empty spray cans
I dunno how to made disappear empty spray cans. They don't get the usual big red X over them when out of durability. It would be nice that you could harvest into something or you could made them disapper like other empty stuff.

I wish they would disappear out of the game. IMO one of the worst ideas the devs ever had.

I put empty ones in a locker. Keep the wilderness tidy!

for new players they are useful, I used it to mark maps entrances/exits or paths on long forest walks

I used sticks and rocks to mark trails and got along fine -spray painting the wilderness just offends me. I am more bothered that they wasted time on spray paint when they could have been adding something more immersive -say a rabbit hide vest.....numerous others....

Eh, I like the paint. It is a useful way to mark things like bear and moose spawns, and I still use my other strategy of leaving tinder outside of places I have already looted. My only complaint is that there is only one color. I didn't realize that you couldn't get rid of empty cans, and I could see that being annoying for some players, though.

Yes I put all the empty spray cans, newspaper and tin cans that do not go away in locker or file cabinet out of the way.

I've just been tossing empty spray paint cans into trash bins (garbage cans). I don't use those for storage on a regular basis, and it just seemed fitting to me. Though they do make good trail markers, as someone else said.

You guys don't like spray painting mother nature but you don't mind slaughtering her creatures and painting the scenery with their blood. :Deer:

No you misunderstood. I murder every deranged wolf, bear, and moose that I meet with no regard for the ecosystem, and I also spraypaint the occasional tree. I guess the latter is the true crime against nature. :rabbitTLD:

Tbh I really don´t give a toss if the tree feel its trunk itching because of my painting if it´s gonna help me save my ass in a fogged night at ML, also I love dogs IRL but if I could I´d shot every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wolf of Great Bear Island :hatchetTLD::rabbitTLD:
