He did not get food poisoning (which generally salmonella, not e. coli), an e. coli or fecal coliform infection, dysentery or any other . It saved his life. 10/10 would drink toilet water in a life threatenting emergency... as long as I had not used bleach to clean the toilet bowl just prior. That WILL likely kill you, in an unpleasant way...

Yep, I'd probably drink toilet water if I had to. :D Reminds me of the time I almost drank water from a creek that was 90% run off from the road. Wonder how many STDs and needles were in that water...
