So is there any faster way to cure hide and gut?

In quonset garage, i already have 3 deer hide, 1 wolf pelt, 1 rabbit pelt, and 8 guts lying in the floor on the garage area, and the oldest is about 73% in more or less 3 days.

Nope, you just have to let them cure for the amount of time that they need, there isn't a way to speed it up. Also, the inventory will tell you the amount of days required to cure them.

So just wait a few days and you're done. Where is the issue? It's only bear and moose that take extremely long

It doesn't tell you how many days are left, but each item tells you the total time needed. When I'm waiting for something important to cure I make notes in my journal when I started the curing

Don't worry, you haven't missed any vital info. Currently there is not a way to increase the speed of air drying.

I'm just pleased that when Hinterland has new goodness for us, we don't have to download the new episodes and then leave them on the floor of our caves for many days before they're ready.
