You need to be fairly close to the rabbit when you stun it, run over and grab it. Then you have to decide to either snap it's neck, while it looks at you with a sad face, or pet its ears and let it go.
Then it won’t run away...
It is much easier to aim and hit one of the little buggers now. That is exactly what "targeting" means. And your title and thread topic says:
Which made me, and I think others, think you were asking about killing rabbits with stones. Not about it being easier to actually aim and hit one to knock it silly for a IRL second or 2 (which is equal to a few in-game minutes). Were you expecting a cs:go Aimbot? Better targeting =/= guaranteed hits with every throw.
