Lilly from the Wintermute ? She's dead. You gotta go to her grave next to her church after Grey Mother gives you the beads to put on the grave but that's about it. You get shoes for it.

Ok, I thought so, but I didn't see her grave this time.

THe only named gravestones are Ryan Smith and Tyler Clark. I don't see a Lillie.

Edit: Nevermind, found it. Didn't realize there were more graves on the other side of the road.
