PC tutorial? How do you open the radial menu?

I started this game and there was zero introduction to the controls - did I miss a tutorial somewhere? I started with story mode.

How do I open the radial menu?

No tutorial. Well some say 1st chapter of the story is some sort of tutorial. I never got to try it.

Games with Options menus have them for a reason. Usually a good place to start looking for controls, before ever launching the game.

TLD also has a pretty good number of sound and graphics options you can customize there, to suit your perferencs and to get the best performance from your rig, when playing the game. Poke around in there, lots to see, and a good number of things you adjust, like rebinding keys to create your own hotkey setup.
