Heavy hammer at mountain town

I am on 10th days with survival stalker level at mountain town and still searching heavy hammer for crafting arrow head and knife. Could anyone find Heavy hammer at mountain town and is there any chance to find it on this location?

I have found one in the bed bed of the blue pickup truck in the center of town proper, near the Bank Manager's house. Not a guaranteed spawn, sometimes there is a blue tool box there instead, sometimes nothing. Not sure right now where I have found a hammer at besides that, or if I have in MT. No forge there, hammer is not a priority there on Stalker, for me, anyway.

Thx for answer, does tool keep spawning on already cleared area by time or if I searched area and then am I done with it? What's the game mechanics? so do I need to go to other location?

No respawns of anything other than sticks, branches, coal, fish, and predoator/prey wildlife. If you have cleanerd the area of lott, and you are sure you have, nothing new will spawn in, Unless you have one heckuva lucky glitch. Make sure you have looed everythere though. I am almost postive there is anothe spawn possibility in MT, but, honestly, 2 days with no sleep, working all weekend long... I can't think of where right now.

Maybe let some other folks whop have had more sleep than I have chime in? Someone else who isn't existing solely on caffeine might have a better memory than me, right now. xD

I'm also in MT looking for the hammer, but no luck so far. I will check that truck though.

I know I've found one in Mountain Town somewhere, I think it was near or at Paradise meadows farm. I know I found one in Hushed River Valley aswell, I think at the peak cave. Which, is Far away from Milton. (It's in the neighboring region, but probably a 3 day hike or more)

I'm assuming you're going to be using the forge in Forlorn Muskeg, correct? If so I'd consider (if you haven't yet) looking around the bunkhouses in Forlorn Muskeg. Or the truck like other people have suggested, also near paradise meadows farm. In that barn out front is where I found it I think.

Well, RNGesus got me this time. in the barn and the truck I found only the flat bar. Looks like I might have to go all the way to TWM for a hammer...

If stalker uses a superset of the interloper loot tables, there's always a hammer in mystery lake. Either at trapper's, the lookout, or the dam. You might check the trailer in mountain town too. Also in interloper, there's always a heavy hammer at the mysterious signal fire in HRV.

I don't know if any of this applies to stalker or not.

I hate to jump to conclusions, but I've often seen you say "There's always an item here, and always an item there", but in frequent occasions the locations you point out I don't find the items you name. Like the hammer you said is always at the signal fire in HRV, I didn't find there. I found a moose satchel and a couple other things, but no hammer. I found my hammer at the peak cave I believe.

I’m on Stalker. In ML the lookout had a flat bar, the damn had a knife and flat bar and trappers had nothing special. No Rifle. Just a lantern.

I have a LOT of flat bars.

That is strange. I have no memory of that boiler at the farmhouse. Was it in the kitchen?

Go to the kitchen, across from the fridge. There is a small room there, with shelves and the water heater/boiler. Fridge on your right, boiler room /pantry on your left. Boiler to the back on the right side.

Then you aren't playing interloper and the loot in your difficulty doesn't match interloper's. I specifically said I didn't know if it applied outside of interloper, did I not?
