New bird calls

I swear I hear bird calls that weren't in the game before the patch. I also heard an owl hoot at night which I have never heard before, though that might have been in the game and I just didn't hear it before.

Crows, angry crows following bears, owls, and loons have all been in as ambient sounds before the update. Also included in that list are morning doves? Some kind of dove that coos. When you hear this coo, it means a wolf, bear, or moose is nearby. (Basically, dangerous here, heck off hooman.) Woodpeckers have been around making noise near homes and shelter.

As to the ambient tweety birds and other birds, I honestly cannot for the life of me confirm or deny presence before the update. I FEEL like they were there but now that I think about it I can't remember for certain.

Either way, good audio design in the game. You'll notice it.

I also am hearing a new music track which sounds quite ominous. The bird call that I am refering to is more like a chickadee call but more melodic. Normally on a clear sunny day you hear a lot of crows and the occasional loon, but now the forest is full of bird calls. Downright noisy out there.

That probably is new then. And yes, they added roughly 13 minutes of new OST, split between nobody knows how many tracks currently. All very good stuff!
