Run energy become red ???

Hi ! I play to The long dark since a long time now. But I still not understand one thing, your energy for run become red and still growing during time ! How can we stop that for reclaime all run's energy ?

Do you mean the stamina bar?? It gets red when you are exhausted or have a sprain (I guess).

Yes the stamina bar ! it gets red when we are exhausted but I'am in the farm of pleasant valley since 5 days now i rest my character from that time but the stamina bar stay a still become red !

Hi !^^ Yes I check all afflication i have nothing and since five days I never get more than 34kg in my bag. I think to this possibility too much carry but no, stamina bar stay red to 1/4 of his capacity and stiil growing with time !

Is the entire stamina meter red, or just a portion of it? Certain heavy or bulky clothing reduces your stamina amount for sprinting and climbing, and will show that reduction as a bit of red on the stamina meter.

This. Your clothes have a sprint modifier, which each reduce your sprint bar by a small percentage.

Yes just a portion of it ! Thank to you that was that the solution ! I have forgot clothes have a sprint modifier on the stamina bar lol ! Usually I check defense, hot or humidity of my clothe but forgot sprint modifier !
