Hushed River Valley hunting

Can anyone point me towards a moose ?
Im taking a break from looper until the new update drops and decided to run a stalker game and start in Hushed River Valle
Tryin to spend at least 50 days here before leaving to make it abit harder ..
Im on day 26 i think and i have yet to find a moose , im living off rabbits cattails and mushrooms for the past 2 weeks xD I think i explored alot but no moose
Id app some tips on how to find this guy

Also i have to say , i did not take my time to fully explore this map when it first dropped but man is it fun .. playing on a map as wild as this one really makes stalker fun and the 20% condition rifle and 3 bullets i found feel like treasures instead of cheats lol Def goes in my top maps along TWM

Have you been to Monolith Lake?? There he should appear, nowhere else I'm afraid!

I still have not spend enough time in HRV to know which section of the map I am in or always know which way is North. I found a moose in an area with a rocky knoll in the center. I don't remember if it was beloe Moose Overlook or not... (possible hint?) On the knoll there was just enough of a rocky ledge to climb down to be out of bounds so the moose pathing could not reach me. I think there was also fallen tree to skitter up.

There are also supposed to be moose antler scratching on trees, but I have not noticed those yet.

Damn im literally at the lowest point on the map i could find haha .. on my way then the moose hunt begins !

But you can get up there from that lowest point, there are 2 ropes leading up to that hill! It's right across from where you get down there near the cave!

Thanks :D i found the moose spawn location near moose overlook , no moose yet but ill come and check every 3-4 days from now ..
I got busy preppin the cave near 2 bear cub waterfall (or something like that) with enough wood and water for a week at least (no need to overdo it , yet) and still no moose, im rly not getting lucky this run xD
Now i left to find the big lake everyone talks about , hoping to leave Hushed River Valley with a couple pieces of cured moose hide
One more thing i wanted to ask ,is there any map that connects to Hushed RV other than Milton ?

From that cave you're in you just have to go left, like 100 meters, there are 2 ropes leading to Monolith Lake!

HRV has only the one entrance from Milton/Mouintain Town map.
