@jswilliams did you have a link to a post about that, has anyone worked it out? I usually just go for the warmth or the giant double bed style if available. And herbal tea of course.
But I have no data, those are just impressions and might be wrong. Like I just remember getting to Hibernia once in a bad state and having to spend the night there unplanned but waking up in better shape than I expected, and having the opposite experience at the Maintenance Yard.
I might start noting Condition %'s before and after sleeps, but it would be difficult to eliminate sources of error.

For example from that post, the bed at Trapper's heals 40% condition at 10h on Interloper. That means you can walk out the door Warm, run over and harvest a Fir Limb with an Imp Hatchet, go warm up, repeat, and because you started Warm you'll take about 25-35% total condition hit. Even with starving you'll wake up next day in the high 90s, and you got 6 pieces of Fir, no fire necessary, and some outdoor time.
There are many beds that heal over 32%/10h/Interloper...just trying to find the ones we're likely to need. I mean say the trailer heading up to the CH/PV mine heals 37%/10h. Okay that's cool, but no big deal. No one is going to LIVE there.
Thanks, useful.
