Do supplies respawn at all?

I'm not talking about wood,fish,animals.

I'm talking nature stuff like Cattails, Rosehips, Mushrooms etc.
I know this game has had problems with items duping or being accidentally respawned inside buildings.

Is the game meant to respawn natural stuff like that?

Yes it is, appearing on average about once per game week. Although I have had it appear two nights in a row before.

About the supplies...
Items that are spawning back are:

Sticks,
Chedar limbs,
Fire limbs,
Coal inside the mines and inside some open caves,
Wolfs,
Deers,
Bears,
Rabbits.

And You can find a lot good stuff on the shores on the ice in CH and DP amps..

The only items that don't respawn are saplings (maple or birch), rose hips, reishi mushrooms, and old man's beard lichen. Via beachcombing, it is possible to acquire more of just about everything. The only items I have not seen wash up on the shore are rose hips and reishi mushrooms. Everything else does wash up in some fashion, including metal and cloth. It's possible to resupply on ammunition, metal, cloth, painkillers, saplings, various bits of clothing, etc. The only thing in the game that is truly finite, to my knowledge, are antibiotics. Once the antibiotics are gone, and you've used up every reishi mushroom in the game, that's it. Although if you're late enough in the game to have actually run out of all antibiotics, you probably know enough to not drink unsafe water, or predator meat if you don't have Cooking 5.

How can you become unstuck? I walked into a space between some bouys & pallets & I can't get out again. Also is there a key so you can jump?

Also having a problem with things I left in a hut going missing, is this a normal thing?

Unfortunately items can sometimes disappear if left outside or on the ground, especially small items like arrows or flare shells. When possible, try to store these items in a container.

Also, getting stuck, although rare, can happen. Especially if you do any kind of extreme exploring, trying to get to areas you're not really supposed to get to. If you find yourself completely stuck, all I can really suggest is to reload from your previous save. If something happened while you were stuck that forced a save (such as spraining an ankle), then the unfortunate answer is you are well and truly stuck, and likely need to restart. In your situation, try breaking down those pallets, and see if that buys you a way out. Hopefully you have a hatchet or heavy hammer in order to do so...

*reload from your previous save* means quitting the game without saving. As long as you haven't been injured, bacome sick, or slept, hit [ Esc ] and exit without saving. You will lose some progress, but you will be able to start back a little ways, and know not to go into that stuck spot again.
