Bear vs Moose fight - who wins?
As someone who has never seen a bear or a moose in real life - which one is more dangerous/meaty/awesome? I'm assuming a bear is like a gigantic wolf so a moose will be like a gigantic deer? For those who know something about them - will a moose run away or attack?

Generally a moose and bear rarely ever fight as a full grown moose even a female one is much bigger than a brown bear and they just get bullied by the moose. A grizzly bear is also smaller than a grown moose but in the ocasional fight they usually win which happens rarely as taking down a healthy moose take way to much effort to even be worth it for a grizzly. Bears usually just prey on some moose calfs or young adults.

Oh and man vs moose is preety much a slaughter its like trying to fight a big horse that will just stomp you into the ground... luckily a moose is preety stupid.

Grizzly vs. moose calf...

There actually are many, but most involve Moose vs. Grizzly or Brown bear. I couldn't find any with Moose Vs. Black Bear, and most of the videos I did find were a bit on the gruesome side, so I won't post them.

Black Bear would likely lose against a fully antlered Bull Moose, in a permanenet way. Cow Moose could likely hurt a Black Bear badly with kicks and stomping. Calf moose... going to lose every time, unless RNJesus really loves them that day.

Since the model that Hinterland had published shows a fully antlered Bull Moose, I suspect they will avoid each other, as neither would come out unharmed, but the Moose would not lay down and die of it was pushed into a Bear, or a Bear was pushed into a Moose. All of the videos I watched showed the Bears (Grizzly and Brown Bear) slashing and going for a neck bite on the windpipe of the moose, if it could. And the calf Moose was easy prey, the female Moose kicked and stomped and did damage to the Bear, and the Bull Moose really bullied the Bear.

But I only watched 10 videos of Moose vs. bear encounters, on You tube. So, there may be more that show more natural encounters on scientific sites, or in Fish & Game or Forest Ranger archives. Could be that Hinterland wanted to do more in depth research about how encounters with wolves, bears, humans, deer, and moose would go IRL, before they added the Moose to the game.

Moose vs wolf is what I'm waiting for. Happens all the time IRL, and it takes a full pack. I was watching a vid on it yesterday, except it was a lone wolf vs bull moose. Moose 1, wolf 0.

I have encountered wolf, bears and red deer while alone in forest and the only animal that seriouslly contemplated attacking me was adult male red deer during rutting season on his ground.

Here in N.H. we have moose that are ridiculous in size and I have no doubt they'd hold their own against a black bear.
